graduation thesis defense process and requirements
1. The respondent must bring a valid original ID to sign in within the specified time ,And wait in the waiting room, and enter the defense examination room in an orderly manner after being notified by the staff.
2. The respondent must prepare the PPT in advance and send it to the thesis supervisor before September 22 17:00 .
3. The respondent must print and bind three copies of the thesis, print and fill in three copies of the "Chengdu University Higher Education Self-study Examination Undergraduate Graduation Design (Thesis) Defense Opinion Form" (see attachment).
4. After entering the defense examination room, be seated in an orderly manner as required by the teacher, and submit the paper and defense comments to the responding teacher.
5. Candidates for defense should state the content of the paper for no more than 5 minutes, and the teacher will ask questions for 5-10 minutes. The teacher will only ask questions related to the student's paper. After the questions are answered, the candidates can leave the defense room.
6. The self-examination office will publish the results of the defense on the website of the School of Continuing Education of Chengdu University within one week after the summary of the results of the thesis defense, and submit the results to the Sichuan Education Examination Institute at the same time.
