The protagonist of this exhibition is named Bai Zhenli in Chinese, a foreign artist from Eritrea, Africa. After coming to China by chance, I was deeply attracted by Chinese art, so I gave up all honors in my country and came to Guizhou to start a four-year study abroad career.

exhibition displays a total of 39 pieces of Bai Shili's personal paintings, most of which are portraits of figures. Except for some realistic works, most of them are full of exaggerated brushstrokes. At the
site, the visitors not only admired each piece of work with relish, but also asked Bai Zhenli about the creation story of each piece, or took him for a group photo. Seeing that everyone's enthusiasm is so high, the African artist took pictures with everyone and explained each piece patiently.

Bai Zhengli said bluntly that as early as 2015, when he first came to China to participate in the Beijing International Biennale, he was attracted by the broad and profound Chinese art, so he came to China again in 2016 and started his career at Guizhou Normal University.
