Many people do very well in the written test but poorly in the interview. What is the problem and how can they be improved?

4. Have a confident attitude. To be fair, during the interview, the examiner can't actually hear much about you, because the examiner has listened to the candidates' answers for a day, and they are all very different. The interview pays more attention to your overall performance. Being more confident and natural will definitely produce better results.
