Recently, the Internet Security Department of the Guiyang Municipal Public Security Bureau in Guizhou Province successfully detected a cheating case in the "National Junior and Intermediate Accountant Qualification" organizational examination and eliminated an organizational examination cheating gang.
Found clues
During the "National Accounting Professional and Technical Primary Qualification Examination" held in August 2022, some netizens reported to the Guiyang City Cyber Security Department that a picture of exam questions and answers appeared in a WeChat group, containing detailed information such as the candidate's name, ID card, and exam questions.

After preliminary investigation, it was found that someone was responsible for photographing and uploading the computer-based examination interface and test questions of the "2022 National Accounting Professional and Technical Junior Qualification Examination-Junior Accounting Practice", and someone was responsible for completing the questions in the picture and posting them in the WeChat group, and the examination center involved was located in a university in Guiyang.
The police concluded that someone organized cheating in the exam.
Find out the truth
After in-depth investigation, a training center hosting the "2022 National Accounting Professional and Technical Junior Qualification Examination" came into the sight of the task force.
The person in charge of the center arranged for technicians to illegally install remote control software on the exam computer in advance to create conditions for cheating. Then they recruit candidates from society and various training schools in the name of "training package".
After interested candidates pay a "training fee" ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 yuan to the school, school staff will teach cheating methods the day before the exam.
During the official exam, school staff will remotely connect to the candidates' computers, obtain the test questions, and post them in the WeChat group. After the "gunners" complete the questions, the staff will directly modify the candidates' online answer sheets remotely "one-on-one". The candidates only need to sit quietly in the examination room to complete the exam.

The gang was destroyed
Further investigation found that the gang organized 142 candidates to cheat in the "National Accountant Junior Qualification Examination" in August 2022, charging each candidate a cheating fee of 10,000 to 20,000 yuan.
organized 106 candidates to cheat in the "National Accountant Intermediate Qualification Examination" in December 2022, charging each candidate a cheating fee of 30,000 to 40,000.
organized candidates to cheat in the 2022 "Recruitment Examination for a Group" and charged each candidate a cheating fee of 130,000 to 150,000 yuan.
In addition, in the 2022 "National Second-level Construction Engineer Qualification Examination", "Banking System Qualification Examination" and "Economist Qualification Examination", the gang has committed criminal acts of organizing exam cheating.
After careful investigation, the Guiyang City Internet Security Department worked closely with other police departments and organized more than 100 capable police officers to carry out a centralized network closing operation. On December 4, 15 criminal suspects including Cheng were successfully captured, and more than 100 computers, 14 mobile phones, 2 USB flash drives, and 1 mobile hard drive were seized.
Currently, 15 suspects including Cheng Mou have been criminally detained in accordance with the law.
