(I) Scientifically and accurately divide risk areas

(III) Optimize and adjust the isolation method
infected people should be admitted scientifically classified and treated. asymptomatic infected people with home isolation conditions and mild cases generally undergo home isolation, and can also voluntarily choose centralized isolation for treatment. Strengthen health monitoring during home isolation, and nucleic acid tests were tested twice in the 6th and 7th day of isolation. If the condition worsens, transfer to designated hospitals for treatment in time.

Pharmacies in various places must operate normally and must not be closed at will. shall not restrict the public from purchasing over-the-counter drugs such as online and offline, such as antipyretic, cough, antiviral, and cold treatment.
(VI) Accelerate the promotion of COVID-19 vaccination for the elderly
All regions should adhere to the principle of receiving all the recipients. focuses on increasing the vaccination rate of people aged 60-79 and accelerating the vaccination rate of people aged 80 and above, and makes special arrangements.
optimizes vaccination services through the establishment of green channels for the elderly, temporary vaccination sites, mobile vaccination vehicles and other measures.
should carry out training on the determination of vaccination taboos step by step, and guide medical personnel to scientifically determine vaccination taboos.
refines popular science publicity and mobilizes the whole society to participate in mobilizing the elderly to vaccinate. Local governments can take incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of the elderly to get vaccinated.
(VII) Strengthen the survey and classification management of health conditions of key groups

(VIII) Ensure the normal operation of society and basic medical services
Non-high-risk areas shall not restrict the flow of people, nor shall they suspend work, production or business. includes medical personnel, public security, transportation and logistics, supermarkets, supply guarantee, water, electricity, gas and heating and other personnel to ensure basic medical services and normal social operation in the "white list" management. Relevant personnel should do a good job in personal protection, vaccination and health monitoring, ensure normal medical services and basic daily necessities, water, electricity, gas and heating, and other supply, try their best to maintain normal production work order, promptly solve urgent, difficult and anxious problems raised by the people, and effectively meet the basic living needs of the people during the epidemic response period.
(9) Strengthen the security of epidemic-related
strictly prohibits blocking fire passages, unit doors, and community doors in various ways to ensure that the public can go out with medical treatment, emergency risk avoidance and other channels. promotes the establishment of a docking mechanism between communities and specialized medical institutions, and provides medical convenience for elderly people living alone, minors, pregnant women, disabled people, patients with chronic diseases, etc. Strengthen care and psychological counseling for lockdown personnel, patients and front-line staff.
(10) Further optimize school epidemic prevention and control work
All localities and schools must resolutely implement scientific and precise prevention and control requirements. Schools without epidemics must carry out normal offline teaching activities, and supermarkets, canteens, sports venues, libraries, etc. on campus must be open normally. Schools with epidemics should accurately define risk areas, and normal teaching, life and other order should be ensured outside the risk areas.
