Shi Luyang, a native of Xianyang, Shaanxi, a member of the Communist Party of China, Undergraduate in the Class of Machinery Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Xi’an University of Science and Technology, has served as the class study committee member and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering. Shi Luyang was born and raised in the countryside. With his own diligence and hard work, he was admitted to School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an University of Science and Technology . During his studies, Shi Luyang cherished his wonderful time in college.
