Zhuge House Finding Beijing Station News Recently, the Beijing Public Resources Trading Service Platform issued a bidding announcement for the Capital Medical University new campus (school headquarters). This is another powerful advancement in the construction of first medical new campus.
The construction of this project content includes: teaching and experimental groups, scientific research groups, experimental animal buildings, teacher and student activity centers, undergraduate life groups, master and doctoral life groups, international students and teachers apartment groups, international student service centers, gymnasiums, crossing street channels, etc., with an estimated investment of 6.9 billion yuan.
According to the bidding announcement, the site selection of this project is located in the northeast corner of the Daxing New City Biomedical Base Group, covering an area of about 72.25 hectares, the total construction scale of the project is about 730,000 square meters, the building benchmark height is 45 meters, and the landmark building must not exceed 60 meters.
It is reported that the new campus of Capital Medical University will be divided into two campuses in the future. At present, the integrated design of infrastructure and track micro-center around the campus has been launched and will continue to advance with the campus planning scheme.
