Force majeure refers to the unforeseen natural disaster and social
emergencies that are inevitable and insurmountable during the construction of the project, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, plagues, floods, riots, riots, wars and other circumstances stipulated in the terms of the special contract.
The consequences of casualties, property losses, increased expenses and (or) delays in construction periods caused by force majeure shall be borne by both parties to the contract according to the following principles: (Whose child is taken away)
(1) Permanent project, including damage to materials and engineering equipment that have been transported to the construction site, as well as casualties and property losses of third parties caused by project damage shall be borne by the contractor;
( 2) The damage to the contractor's equipment shall be borne by the contractor;

(4) The contractor's loss of suspension of work shall be borne by the contractor, but the amount of the project to be taken care of by the supervisor during the suspension period shall be borne by the contractor;
(5) If the construction cannot be completed on time, the construction period shall be reasonably extended, and the contractor shall not pay the liquidated damages for overdue completion. If the contractor requests to rush the work, the contractor should take rush the work measures, and the rush the work costs shall be borne by the contractor.
