2 Physical examination time and requirements
1. The physical examination work will no longer be organized uniformly. Applicants must go to Jinjiang Hospital to complete the physical examination items by themselves before registering after the online registration is opened. will not be re-examination after the deadline (please pay attention to the hospital's relevant announcement during the epidemic) .
2. Applicants must bring their ID card and a recent one-inch colored white-backed document photo (same version as the photo uploaded on the online newspaper) to Jinjiang Hospital to receive the "Fujian Province Teacher Qualification Applicants Physical Examination Form", improve personal information and paste photos according to the requirements of the physical examination form (the photos should be stamped with the hospital-related seals as valid, and those who have not posted photos will not be admitted). The physical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant himself, and the physical examination report shall be collected by the applicant himself within the time specified by the hospital.
3. The applicant's physical examination report must meet the conclusion of "qualified" . If the physical examination is not completed due to the applicant's personal reasons (including the inability to complete the chest film examination during pregnancy, etc.), a specific "qualification" conclusion will not be drawn. The applicant's physical examination report is limited to the current teacher qualification certification.
3 On-site confirmation time and other matters
To ensure timely processing of applications, on-site confirmation is classified and subject-by-discipline. The specific time schedule is as follows:
(I) October 24: Applicants for senior middle school teacher qualifications, secondary vocational school teacher qualifications and secondary vocational school internship instructor qualifications;
(II) October 25: Applicants for kindergarten teacher qualifications;
(I) October 26: Primary school Applicants for Chinese teacher qualifications;
(IV) October 27: Applicants for primary school mathematics teacher qualifications;
(V) October 28: Applicants for teachers in other subjects except primary school Chinese and mathematics;
(Saturday) October 31: Applicants for Chinese, mathematics, and English teachers in junior middle schools;
(VII) November 1: Applicants for teachers in other subjects except primary school Chinese, mathematics, and English.
If individuals cannot apply on site at the specified time, they may entrust others to apply.
