On August 15, Shandong Provincial People's Government decided to appoint: Li Yuxia as the president of Shandong University of Science and Technology (with a one-year probationary period) ; President (with a one-year probationary period); Chen Jing is the Vice President of Shandong University of Technology (with a one-year probationary period). Removed: Hu Xingyu from the position of president of Shandong University of Technology; Wang Libin from the position of vice president of Shandong University of Technology; Yi Weiming from the position of vice president of Shandong University of Technology.
According to the website of Shandong University of Technology, in accordance with the arrangements of the Organization Department of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, on the afternoon of August 2, the school held a meeting of middle-level and above cadres in the auditorium of the University Student Art Center to announce the provincial party committee’s decision on the adjustment of the school’s leadership team. The Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Hu Xingyu will be appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong University of Technology, and Comrade Li Yuxia will be appointed as President of Shandong University of Technology. Comrade Lu Chuanyi no longer serves as Secretary, Standing Committee and Member of the Party Committee of Shandong University of Technology. The appointment and dismissal decisions of other team members were also announced at the meeting. The Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Yang Yun will be appointed as a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary of Shandong University of Technology; Comrade Nie Faliang will be appointed as a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisor of Shandong University of Technology; Comrades Guo Qingbing, Chen Shengwei, Cui Huanyong and Cong Hailin will be appointed as Shandong University of Technology Member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Vice President; Comrade Chen Jing serves as Vice President of Shandong University of Technology. Comrades Wang Libin and Yi Weiming no longer serve as vice presidents of Shandong University of Technology; Comrade Zhang Jinsheng no longer serves as secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Ombudsman of Shandong University of Technology.
