On June 23, 2022, the second meeting of the fourth Teachers’ Congress of Guanmiao Town Central School was held in the Party Building Office of the Central School. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Peng Xuehua, Chairman of the Central School Trade Union, and was attended by more than 50 people including Li Shangdong, Vice President of the Central School, Huang Wanjia, Secretary of the Central School Branch, and faculty and staff representatives.
At the meeting, Li Shangdong, Vice Principal of the Central School, led everyone to study the "Guanmiao Town Central School 2022 Performance Salary and Basic Performance Bonus Allocation Implementation Plan". Secretary Huang Wanjia of the Central School interpreted the "Guanmiao Town Preschool Education Popularization and Inclusion 2023" -2025 Planning Plan. The representatives discussed the performance-based salary plan and the preschool education planning plan, and put forward modification opinions and rationalization suggestions. The central school will revise the two plans based on the representatives' opinions and suggestions. Peng Xuehua, chairman of the
trade union, made a comprehensive summary of the trade union work in the 2021-2022 school year, and once again clarified the work responsibilities of the education union: 1. Earnestly perform the functions of the trade union, actively participate in political discussions, and give full play to the role of "bridge" and "link". 2. Strengthen the moral education of faculty and staff, cooperate with the school in building the teaching team, and do a good job in recommending and selecting outstanding faculty and staff. 3. Do a good job in the school teachers' congress and school affairs disclosure work, promote the school's democratic construction, protect the democratic rights of faculty and staff, improve the ownership status of faculty and staff, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff. 4. Implement the " Teacher Law ", implement the work of living security and "sending warmth", do a good job in condolences for the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, extremely poor, and weddings and funerals, care about the work of faculty and staff, and improve the guarantee mechanism for faculty and staff . 5. Do a good job in building a “faculty and staff home”, organize and carry out cultural and sports activities for faculty and staff in the town, and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of faculty and staff. 6. Do a good job in all the work of the economic review committee, be responsible for the collection, management and use of various trade union funds and the management of trade union property, and make good use of trade union dues and funds. 7. Carry out activities based on the characteristics of female faculty and staff to safeguard the special rights and interests of female faculty and staff in accordance with the law. 8. Cooperate with the Central School to appease retired faculty and staff.
