(1) Various types of compensation The installation of the device should comply with the requirements of the design documents, product technical documents and relevant standards. For example, the bellows expansion joints should be pre-stretched or pre-compressed according to the design documents during installation; the packing type compensator should be installed according to the installation length and temperature specified in the design documents. Change, determine the remaining shrinkage through relevant calculations, etc.
(2) compensator vertical installation requirements. If the medium transported by the pipeline is hot water, the air release valve should be installed at the highest point of the compensator, and the water release valve should be installed at the lowest point. If the conveyed medium is steam, a trap or a drain valve should be installed at the lowest point of the compensator.
(3) fixed brackets should be set between the two compensators (generally 20~40m) and on both sides of each compensator (referring to the far end). The fixed bracket is subject to great forces and must be securely installed. The guide bracket should be set in the middle of the two fixed brackets
. The guide bracket should ensure that the pipe can expand and contract freely along the specified direction.
The first bracket on both sides of the compensator should be a movable bracket, set 0.5~1m away from the starting point of the bend of the compensator elbow. No guide bracket or fixed bracket should be set here.
