This is the first time that the school has won the special award for marine engineering science and technology. The level and number of awards have reached a record high , which fully demonstrates the important influence of the school in the field of marine engineering in my country.
There are 45 winning projects in the 2021 Marine Engineering Science and Technology Award, including 2 special prizes, 12 first prizes, and 31 second prizes.
The result "Typical Geological Hazard Mechanism and Prevention and Control Technology of the Yellow River Underwater Delta" hosted by Professor Jia Yonggang of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of the school won the special prize of Marine Engineering Science and Technology; the result "New Marine Engineering" completed by
Professor Liu Yong of the School of Engineering "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Structural Openings to Eliminate Waves" and "Cultivation and Application of High-yielding and High-Yielding New Oyster Varieties" completed by Professor Li Qi from the School of Fisheries won the first prize respectively; completed by Professor Chen Xuguang from the School of Engineering The result "Marine Structure Scouring Prediction-Monitoring Theoretical Methods and New Protection Technologies" won the second prize.
