News from this newspaper: Graduation season is here again. In order to prevent job seekers from being deceived, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a reminder on June 28: College graduates should stay away from five job traps.

Trap 1: Irregular recruitment. Do not hand over your resume and other materials to the recruiting unit without any precautions, and do not fall into recruitment scams through small advertisements, social personnel and other channels.

Trap 2: Not signing a labor contract . If a labor contract or employment agreement is not signed in accordance with regulations, the job seeker's personnel file, household registration and other personnel relations will not be transferred to the work unit and the city where he or she is located. The management of these relationships involves the vital interests of job seekers, such as handling social insurance, purchasing affordable housing , and reviewing professional titles. Job seekers should take the initiative to ask the employer to solve these problems. If necessary, they can handle the receipt of personnel files, household registration and other relations through the local public employment service agency.

Trap 3: Charge in advance. If an unfamiliar unit offers a high salary, job seekers should pay attention, because many unscrupulous people try to use the guise of high-tech benefits to defraud job seekers of so-called deposits, training fees, clothing fees, etc. Be brave enough to say no to similar charges proposed by some units.

Trap 4: Stealing ideas. Some design companies or marketing companies require candidates to make cases and elaborate creative ideas. There are no actual positions in these companies. Job seekers will not only lose the fruits of their labor, but also lose other job opportunities.

Trap 5: Falling into MLM by mistake. Job seekers should think about the saying "pie in the sky will never fall" when you encounter an employer that is very proactive towards you and asks you to introduce friends and classmates to join the job.

In response to common job hunting traps, the human resources and social security department has given preventive measures: first, refuse to pay fees in various names; second, do not trust promises to work in other places; third, do not use important documents as collateral; fourth, master labor laws and regulations. Relevant policies; fifth, understand the company’s background through multiple channels; sixth, sign labor contracts with caution. (Li Xiaobin)
