Unemployed graduates of 2020 and 2021 who meet the above-mentioned scope of colleges and universities and academic qualifications will be included in this election within 2 years after the expiration of the service period of the provincial " three branches and one support " plan. Scope of employment.
The identification of unemployed graduates must meet the following requirements at the same time: First, they have not gone through the graduate dispatch procedures ( registration card ), have not signed a labor (employment) contract with the employer, and have no employer in the social security system The payment record of the nominal insurance; the second is to hold the employment recommendation form and employment agreement of the graduated school, if it is lost, the graduated school must issue a relevant certificate; third, the personal file should be kept in the graduated school or the talent market or the employment service center. Graduates of foreign (overseas) colleges and universities are required to graduate after October 1, 2019.
Targeted training students, commissioned training students, and graduates of network colleges, adult education colleges and independent colleges are not included in the scope of this selection.
II. Selection conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, have good ideological and political qualities, support the party’s line, principles and policies, abide by the law, behave properly, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and be in good health.
2. Class of 2022 outstanding graduates who meet the professional requirements of the position, have a postgraduate degree or above, and can obtain an academic degree certificate or certification within the specified time. Among them, the 2022 graduate students of domestic universities must obtain the corresponding academic degree certificates before September 30, 2022 (for doctoral students, it can be relaxed until December 31, 2022); graduates from foreign (overseas) colleges and universities must also be in 2022 Obtain the certificate of degree certification from the Ministry of Education before December 31,Those with similar majors shall be subject to the main courses they have studied; the above-mentioned candidates who have not obtained the corresponding academic degree certificate or certification within the specified time will not be hired.
3. Master students are under 28 years old (born after October 11, 1992), doctoral students are under 30 years old (born after October 11, 1990).
4. Anyone who has received various sanctions due to violations of laws and disciplines, or is not allowed to be employed as a staff member of a public institution due to relevant regulations, shall not apply for the examination.

III. Selection procedures
This selection is conducted in accordance with the procedures of announcement, system registration and preliminary qualification review, on-site qualification confirmation, examination, physical examination, inspection and public employment.
(1) Announcement
On September 27, the comprehensive announcement of the city’s selection of high-level and scarce talents and the specific announcement of the municipal department’s specific selection were published on the official website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the district/county (city) selection announcement was published in All local human resources and social security departments are published on their official websites, and municipal departments’ selection announcements are also published on their portal websites.
(2) System registration and preliminary review of qualifications
from 9:00 on October 11 to 12:00 on the 16th , domestic colleges and universities that meet the selection conditions and overseas students who have returned to the country (border) log in to Ningbo On the homepage of Talent Network (www.nbrc.com.cn), the column "Ningbo City Selects and Hire High-level Talents for 2022 Excellent College Graduates" Enter the "Entry Entry" in the recruitment page, enter the online registration system, and fill in your personal information And choose the specific posts of the corresponding municipal department and district/county (city) for online registration. Each person can only apply for one position. Registration and application will not be accepted after the deadline.
After the registration is over, each selection unit will conduct a preliminary qualification review on the basic information submitted by the candidates. Candidates can check the review status through the registration system after 12 o'clock on October 20th. If the review fails, it will be prompted that the registration was unsuccessful and the review failed. Candidates can change to other positions between 12:00 on October 20th and 16:00 on October 21st, and they are not allowed to change their reports after the deadline.
According to the number of people who passed the preliminary review,Determine the examination method and on-site qualification confirmation time. If a large number of people pass the preliminary review, a written test and an interview will generally be adopted, and the specifics will be determined by each selection unit based on the actual situation.
(3) On-site qualification confirmation
Persons who have successfully registered on the online system shall bring relevant materials to the corresponding employers and units in Hall 5 of Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. on October 26, 2021. The ratio of the number of on-site qualification confirmations to the number of selection plans applying for the same selection position should generally not be lower than the ratio specified in the announcement (see the specific announcement of each unit for details). If the ratio is less than the specified ratio, the position selection plan will be reduced or cancelled .
(4) Examination
For positions that require doctoral degree qualifications, the candidates for physical examination and inspection can be directly determined through interviews based on educational background, professional quality, academic level, scientific research results, etc.
For positions that require a master’s degree and degree, interviews can be used to select the best candidates for employment. If a written test plus an interview is adopted, the interviewees will be determined at a ratio of 1:3 according to the written test scores from high to low (the actual number of people will enter the interview if the ratio is insufficient); the written test results will not be included in the total score, and the total score will not be combined with the interview score , According to the interview results to determine the selection of physical examination and inspection objects.
