RTX 4090 is the world's fastest gaming GPU, with 76 billion transistors, 16384 CUDA cores and 24 GB high-speed Micron GDDR6X video memory, and continues to run at over 100 FPS in 4K resolution gaming. Nvidia says that in the complete ray tracing game, the RTX 4090 with DLSS 3 can achieve a 4x performance improvement compared to the previous generation of the RTX 3090 Ti with DLSS 2. In modern gaming, the RTX 4090 has up to 2x performance while maintaining the same 450W power consumption. The RTX 4090 will be launched on October 12, with a suggested retail price starting from RMB 12,999.
Nvidia also announced the launch of the RTX 4080 in two configuration versions. The RTX 4080 16GB has 9728 CUDA cores and 16 GB high-speed Micron GDDR6X video memory, and can perform twice as much as the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti; at lower power, performance is more powerful than the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti. The RTX 4080 12GB has 7680 CUDA cores and 12GB Micron GDDR6X video memory. The two configuration versions of the RTX 4080 will be launched in November, with the suggested retail prices starting from RMB 9,499 and RMB 7,199 respectively.
