1. The power consumption is obvious.
If it is a smart lock that uses dry batteries, the power consumption may be caused by a problem with the circuit board.

2, the screen flickers The number button area on the front panel of the
smart lock suddenly flashes differently from the previous ones. You can try to restore the factory settings with the mechanical buttons first. It is equivalent to restarting electronic products. If the flicker still exists after restarting, it means the circuit board is faulty and the circuit board needs to be replaced.
When it comes to replacing the circuit board, this is simple. But if the product you are buying is from a small manufacturer, not to mention that the manufacturer is still unable to find it, if you find it, you may not be able to provide the corresponding accessories. In the end, you have to buy a new lock.
3. Unable to recognize fingerprints. If
is installed, fingerprints can be entered and recognized normally, but after using it for a period of time, it is found that the fingerprints cannot be recognized, usually caused by two reasons. One is caused by the environmental temperature, humidity and the cleanliness of the fingerprint head; the other is caused by the aging of the crystal source of the inferior fingerprint head.
In the former case, you can apply some hand cream to warm your hands and wipe the fingerprint head with a dry soft cloth.
In the latter case, a new fingerprint head needs to be replaced.
4, panel rusty The panel of
smart lock is mainly made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc alloy, and the surface is electroplated, painted and anodized. Generally, the panel will not fade or change color for two years. When used under normal humidity and temperature, if rust occurs, it is mostly caused by the use of inferior materials and improper surface treatment. The
panel belongs to the mechanical part, and the general warranty is 3 years. You can contact the merchant to replace the new panel.
To buy smart locks, you still need to go to regular merchants and channels to buy big-name products. This not only guarantees that the quality of the product is relatively good, and the failure rate is low, but even if there is a quality problem, it can be solved in time through after-sales.
