Hello everyone, I am a dream and a pig. Today I will bring you a high-speed SSD installation review.
Recently received a Langco NV7000 2T SSD. This SSD supports the new generation of PCIe Gen4*4 high bandwidth channels, supports NVMe1.4 transmission protocol, with a nominal read speed of 7000MB/s and a write speed of 6700MB/s. What is the actual performance of such a high-speed SSD? Next, I will do a simple installation test for you.
product introduction

Langke NV7000 Juying series is positioned at a high-end position. Relying on the new generation of PCle Gen4*4 high bandwidth channels, supported by NVMe1.4 protocol, the official nominal read and write speed of the 2T version is 7000MB/s and 6700MB/s, which can effectively solve problems such as long boot time, slow software loading, insufficient space, and lag in games. It is one of the first choices for upgrading computers at present.

This SSD adopts a metal composite vest heat dissipation structure design, with a large-area heat dissipation fin made of aluminum alloy, and a stainless steel high-strength base on the back. Combined with intelligent temperature control technology, it can not only monitor and control the component temperature in real time, quickly dissipate heat, but also has good impact resistance and protection capabilities.

In order to show everyone the chip equipped with this SSD, it was specially removed. Friendly reminder that under normal circumstances, do not remove the heat dissipation fins and stainless steel base privately. There is a risk of losing the warranty due to damage to the anti-tamper label.

master controller is Yingren IG5236. This master controller chip adopts advanced 12nm FinFET CMOS manufacturing process. It is an industry-leading PCIe Gen4 x4, NVMe 1.4 solid-state hard disk master chip with a support capacity of up to 8TB; IG5236 has eight NAND channels, which can be passed through ONFI 4.1 or Toggle 2.0/3.0/4.0 interfaces, and supports SLC, MLC, TLC and QLC NAND flash memory.

The test platform used here is i5-12490F+Colorful CVN Z690M, Langco NV7000 2T is inserted in the second slot.

Relevant information found through Master Lu .

Use CrystalDiskMark to test the hard disk read and write speed. The data block is set to 1GiB. You can see that the continuous reading and writing speeds are 7000MB/s and 6824MB/s respectively. The reading speed is the same as the official nominal speed, and the writing speed exceeds the official nominal speed.

ATTO Disk Benchmark measured that Langco NV7000 2T has very consistent read and write performance for files of more than 1MB, with a maximum write speed of 6.31GB/s and a maximum read speed of 6.56GB/s.

TxBENCH test results.

HD Tune Pro test results, test of slow external speed empty disk, file length 100000MB, no significant slowdown was found.
Judging from the above series of test results, the overall performance of Langco NV7000 2T is very outstanding, and the actual measured data and official parameters are basically the same. It is said that Langco NV7000 has multiple different solutions, but most of the solutions seen on the Internet are Yingren IG5236+Yangtze River Storage TLC particles, which should be the result after weighing the cost-effectiveness.
If there is a need for installation or upgraded configuration in the near future, I personally think that the Langco NV7000 Jueying series is indeed worth buying, and pay tribute to domestic chips!
