November 1st news: Affected by the epidemic, a large number of employees in the Foxconn factory in Zhengzhou have recently returned home, which has affected the production of the Foxconn factory in Zhengzhou to a certain extent. In particular, the production capacity of the iPhone 14 Pro series may have been affected. In order to prevent and ensure production, the Zhengzhou Foxconn factory has once again raised incentive measures.
According to the notice issued by Foxconn's iDPBG Zhengzhou factory, with the strong support of the government, various epidemic prevention work in the iDPBG Zhengzhou factory is progressing steadily and the order of production and living is being restored in an orderly manner. In order to thank colleagues for their persistence and protection, and to continue to cooperate with the government's epidemic prevention requirements and company production arrangements, we have jointly won this battle, and introduced a new incentive policy for November, as follows:
From November 1 to 30, the attendance subsidy for all employees who attend normal attendance in the Zhengzhou factory in IDPBG has been adjusted to 400 yuan/day (previously doubled from 50 yuan/day to 100 yuan/day, and then doubled to 200 yuan/day). From November 1 to 30, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 yuan will be rewarded based on the cumulative number of attendance days ≥15 days but 20 days, ≥20 days but 25 days and ≥25 days respectively. The total bonus for full attendance in November can be 15,000 yuan, and you must be on the job when the monthly salary is paid.
Judging from the latest incentive measures released by the Foxconn factory in Zhengzhou, it is indeed very attractive. It is expected to further stabilize some employees who are interested in returning home and attract more new employees to join. The Foxconn has launched a significantly enhanced incentive policy, which seems to reflect that the previous "employee return home incident" has indeed had a significant impact on Foxconn's current production. As the exclusive OEM factory of Apple's iPhone 14 Pro series, Foxconn has to ensure the delivery of Apple and avoid serious defaults caused by insufficient delivery, it has to increase incentives to ensure production capacity.
