It can charge 58% of the battery in 30 minutes, but it requires using a power charger of 30W or more to achieve this charging speed. This brings good news and bad news.
good news can give more brands of mobile phones and tablets fast charging; the bad news is that some Huawei's early mobile phones adopted 5V4.5A and 4.5V5A product charging solutions, and cannot use this new charging head to achieve super fast charging, including Mate 9 series, Mate10 series, P10 series, P20 series, P30, Mate RS, Mate 20, Mate 20 X and other models. The above models can only be used to achieve super fast charging with Huawei's original head.

Although the charging speed cannot be compared with the manufacturer's own private agreement, at least a good start will be highly available when it is upgraded to 65W. It will catch up with the current mainstream charging power and avoid the problem of changing a brand of mobile phones. In the future, a set of chargers corresponds to most mobile phones, tablets and other devices, reducing waste. It is worth noting that in order to implement UFCS protocol charging, in addition to the charger, the mobile phone must also support it. Unfortunately, there are fewer mobile phones currently supported, only iQOO 10 Pro and Huawei Mate Xs 2. The models launched later will support this protocol one after another.
In fact, the idea of unified charging specifications has long existed. As early as 2009, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology wanted to formulate unified charging standards through a unified charging port, but later, because some brands were unwilling to replace them, they could not promote them well.
Currently, Android, Hongmeng and new laptops have unified charging ports. If the iPhone 15 series is really replaced with a USB-C interface as exposed, then this charging device using the general protocol will undoubtedly be promoted more smoothly.
