Webmaster's Home (ChinaZ.com) September 19: Apple is investigating a problem that could cause iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models to get stuck after customers migrate data from older iPhones, the company said today in an internal memo obtained by MacRumors.

In the memorandum, Apple said it "aware of the occurrence of this problem and is investigating it." Apple specifically stated that some customers may find that their new iPhone 14Pro or iPhone 14Pro Max models will get stuck after iCloud recovery or data transfer from previous iPhones during startup and become unresponsive.

As a temporary solution, Apple recommends that customers force restart if their iPhone becomes unresponsive for more than 5 minutes. New iPhone 14 Pro customers faced similar problems with device activation on Friday. Although the iPhone 14Pro is equipped with iOS16, there is already an available iOS16.0.1 update, and customers should install it after setting up a new device.
