Let’s talk about the configuration first: HIDIZS MD4 pure moving iron, four units. Thinking about MS1's single moving coil, MS2's one coil and one iron, MM2's electrostatic + moving coil, and MD4's four moving irons, HIDIZS has made a lot of fun with the arrangement and combination of units in the range of a thousand yuan. The two modes of high-frequency enhancement and low-frequency enhancement are relatively simple to understand. A simple and rough understanding is that the two are mirror images, which makes the high-frequency headphones in this mode The high-frequency and low-frequency performance are enhanced to a certain extent. My personal preference is the high-frequency enhancement mode. In this mode, the sense of lines and extension of high frequencies are significantly enhanced, and the overall feeling is more natural. Because is burned in for a long time and is long enough, there will be no burr in the sound. Personally, I feel that the sound bottom of MD4 will be lower in high-frequency enhancement mode. There is a little bit of "coolness", but it is not very obvious. When used to interpret female voices, strings and piano, the lines will be clearer and clearer, and it will sound very comfortable. As a self-tunable headphone product priced at just over a thousand yuan, MD4 has achieved a very high degree of completion, and has rolled up multi-actuator self-tunable products to the thousand-yuan level, further lowering the threshold for use.
