To use Apogee Symphony Desktop, you need to register the product, upgrade the sound card system firmware, and install the driver.
The following are the specific steps for Symphony Desktop registration and installation:

Copy the SymphonyDesktopUpdate folder in the downloaded driver to the root directory of the Apogee U disk included in the package (the figure below takes Windows as an example). As shown in the figure below, the Windows system can directly run the .exe file to install the driver of Symphony Desktop and the attached Apogee plug-in, and the operation of the MAC system is similar. During installation, Windows users can deselect Clearmountain’s Domain before installing.For MAC users, please do not install the Apogee FX plug-in and Clearmountain’s Domain plug-in if you have not purchased the Apogee full plug-in package, otherwise an activation reminder will be automatically detected every time you start DAW.
