From September to December 2022, the restrictions on purchasing small passenger cars will be relaxed in stages, expired unused indicators will be activated, and the number of incremental indicators for ordinary small passenger cars will be increased in stages. The qualification requirements for applying for incremental indicators of ordinary passenger cars will be phased out, the restrictions on residence permits and driver's licenses will be cancelled, the lottery restrictions on non-residents who have actually paid personal income tax in the province in the past 24 months (including) will be lifted, and the restrictions on "if more than 3 passenger cars have been registered in this province under the name of an individual, only 3 (including) can obtain the updated indicators." Individuals who have registered new energy passenger cars but do not have ordinary passenger cars can apply to participate in the lottery for the incremental indicator of ordinary passenger cars.
