It is built on the Yellow River Cloud, including four functional modules: cloud control basic platform, open road test and evaluation system, V2X-CA password application basic platform, high-precision map and other four functional modules. It has been connected to the CA root server of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and has become a provincial node. It can realize the digital collaborative management of all factors such as intelligent connected vehicles, roads, and clouds in the province. It can establish standards for intelligent connected vehicles and related new infrastructure construction, and provide standardized common basic services for intelligent connected vehicles and industry-related departments and enterprises, which can effectively drive the technological research and development and verification of industrial chain enterprises and improve the intelligent level of urban governance.
Project leader of Henan Province Intelligent Connected Vehicle Cloud Control Platform, Wu Bin, introduced that through an open port architecture, the platform can support the data interaction and integration of enterprises related to the industrial chain such as connected devices of various manufacturers, brands of vehicles, and cloud control platforms of various manufacturers, gradually realize the integration of basic data in the fields of vehicles, infrastructure, and transportation environment, providing support for the research and development of intelligent driving technology, application scenario implementation, smart traffic management, road optimization and testing certification, and the construction of digital traffic twin systems, and help our province build an intelligent driving industry ecosystem and promote the transformation and development of intelligent, connected and platformization of the automobile industry in our province.
