After the shop’s maintenance staff checked the exhaust pipes, engines, air flow sensors and other components, the shop determined that the turbocharger electronic regulating valve was damaged and needed to be replaced at the time, but the shop had no accessories at that time.

Manager Wang said that because the company needs to use the vehicle for construction outside, the shop staff removed the electronic control valve, connected the pipeline directly, and the driver drove away and informed The driver will install after the accessories arrive.

The local Jiangling 4S shop determined that the engine oil seal was damaged and the vehicle could not be used. On October 29, the faulty vehicle was transported back to Jiaozuo.
Regarding the vehicle failure, Manager Wang believes that the vehicle had no oil leakage or abnormal noise before the vehicle was repaired, but the engine failure is related to the first repair at the Jiaozuo Jiangling authorized repair shop.

When the customer insisted on asking for free repairs and the differences between the two parties were difficult to bridge, the faulty vehicle had been parked in the shop, making them very embarrassed.

Manager Gao said that it was indeed their staff who had removed the regulator valve of the supercharger before, but it should be noted that the staff did not support each other at the time The driver drove away the vehicle without repairing it. At the insistence of the customer, they agreed to remove the regulating valve for temporary use by the customer. Regarding this statement, Manager Wang believes that the previous overhaul is not directly related to the occurrence of this failure. The occurrence of this failure was entirely due to the shop's removal of the electronic pressure regulator.
