This model actually lowers the starting price, which means that the above rental users can use it at a lower starting price, and in accounting, the cost can be recovered in about 8 years. As the trend of declining battery costs reverses, Weineng, as the entity that owns and manages the batteries in the BaaS business, will have the opportunity to recycle materials for future use. This type of urban battery mine play will see subsidies decline in the future. Many companies will follow suit in the future. As of September 30, 2021, the BaaS agreement provided services to 19,000 users, of which 18% subscribed to 100kWh batteries and 82% subscribed to 70-75kWh batteries.
