Cause 1: The network connection is unstable during the upgrade process.
The vehicle in the case supports the Internet of Vehicles and supports OTA upgrades. If the network connection is unstable when upgrading the car navigation map software, the upgrade will fail.
Solution 1: The car owner can change to a relatively stable network and try to solve it again at no cost.
Cause 2: The vehicle system is not compatible.
If the version of the navigation map installed in the vehicle system is too low, and once the map manufacturer pushes the cross-version navigation map installation package, it will be incompatible with the vehicle system, which will result in the failure to upgrade normally.
