Unexpectedly, it was still difficult to sit down in the end, and it was even more than yesterday. I sat for 87 minutes at a time! If you have enough time, you should be able to sit for 90 minutes! What is it? Don't worry! Let me tell you slowly: the first trick is "looseness"! You may laugh, no one knows this! But tell you how I relaxed to the extreme in meditation. Not what you know!

People who can "relax" should have some skills. I am exactly like this: After sitting cross-legged, gradually enter into deep tranquility. If you continue to enter deeper tranquility, there is only one way. You should continue to relax your body and mind slowly, and then the bones of your body must also be relaxed, and you must be relaxed to the extreme! It is necessary to be loose and unobstructed, without even a little effort, as if this person is an egg that can stand without any effort and it does not fall, so that the "loose bone" is loose!

In this way, you think that after reaching this state, you will not take any acquired power and sit cross-legged for a long time, and the body will naturally have no sense of consciousness, and the mind will naturally have obstacles that transcend the body! (two), when "loose" is so amazing! I will announce another trick today, which is "soft"! When you can "loosen your bones", you should continue to use "soft"! What does this soft mean? As long as you want to further transcend the "deep quietness" and "body and mind state" you can use it! This "soft" is the "soul experience" of the body further deepening the qi and bone marrow. When it is "soft" and without bones, it is equivalent to the state where the body and bones turn into "cotton"! Think about it, when your bones all over your body, especially your legs with both crossed legs, are as soft and boneless as cotton, will your legs still hurt? Obviously not, and the longer you sit cross-legged, the more comfortable you feel! After a long time, you can naturally sit on meditation for a long time without being tired! The final effort will also increase invisibly! If you want to reach a double plate for a few hours, it will be very simple!
