The last sutra of Tantric Buddhism
The current Tibetan calendar is basically calculated based on the formula of the Tantric classic " Time Wheel Sutra ", and is not a local calendar formula in Tibet. It is said that the "Shi Wheel Sutra" is a record of the Dharma preaching of Sakyamuni Buddha in his later years, with a total of 12,000 verses (four sentences per verse). Although the "Time Wheel Sutra" is the last sutra of Tantra, it does not affect , the time Wheel becomes one of the five great deities of Tantra.

The image of Kalachakra is the simile of the highest classics of all Tibetan Buddhism, and it fully expresses the concepts of compassion, wisdom and subduing evil in the abstract in a concrete way.

The Kalachakra in the Thangka below embraces the Buddha Mother. Kalachakra faces twenty-four arms and two feet, the main body is blue, the main arm holds Vajra bell , the pestle is made of Vajra Hum Garau seal, the face, arms and feet show five colors, and the face are mixed with the Bodhisattva outfit and the Dharma Protector outfit.
According to the Time Wheel Sutra, the Time Wheel Teaching Method is divided into three levels of Time Wheel: Inner, Outer, and Different. The outer time wheel represents the cosmic view of the instrument world, including the space and universe galaxies, the composition of time and space, the phenomenon of earth civilization, the geographical calendar and the operation of matter (this is the most fundamental basis of the time wheel calendar). Therefore, there must be corresponding Thangkas, such as "Celestial Body, Sun, Moon, Stars, and the Nine Palaces and Eight Trigrams".

Tibetans refer to Saturn , Jupiter , Mercury, Mars , Venus, Earth, Moon, Earth axis and the lower end of the Earth axis are called the nine stars of the solar system. They believe that the sky is like a big umbrella supporting it on Mount Sumeru , and the sun, moon, five stars, etc. are each operating in a certain orbit and speed.

Nine Palaces Bagua Diagram Interpretation
Nine Palaces Bagua Diagram is also called "Birth and Death Reincarnation Picture". The Nine Palaces are drawn in the center of the Thangka, surrounded by the Eight Trigrams, and the outer circle is the twelve zodiac signs. The reincarnation diagram is drawn on the abdomen of the evil god Luoshu, which controls the sun, moon and stars.
The center of the upper boundary is Manjushri Bodhisattva , and the left and right sides are Guanyin Bodhisattva and Vajra Hand Bodhisattva ; there are four simple seed characters Mandala placed at the four corners. Tantra regards this picture as a divine object that subdues demons and demons, exorcises evil and hides evil.

The outer circle is a bright red Prajna fire, which represents the great fire. The secondary circle is blue and painted with ripple lines, which means the water is large.
