Shandong·Binzhou·Tianwang Temple was originally the Tianwangtang Buddhist Temple and was built in the late Yuan Dynasty. Later, after several wars, the temple was ruined several times. In the sixth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1867 AD), at the initiative of two brothers named Xu, Wubao funded the reconstruction of Babao. However, due to insufficient funds, only one main hall was built. Legend has it that one year later, a white dragon circled the main hall and leaned out to suck water from the lotus pond a hundred meters away. It became an auspicious sign for a while, attracting countless faithful men and women to offer incense and worship Buddha. An octagonal glazed well was built 120 meters away from the southwest corner of the hall, named Bailong Well. Pine and willow forests are planted on the east and west sides of the hall. There is an albizia tree with a diameter of 1.2 meters in front of the hall. In 1999, preparations were made to rebuild the temple. In March 2007, a foundation laying ceremony for the Main Hall was held at the site of the Tenwangtang Buddhist Temple. On November 12, 2009, a grand consecration ceremony was held for all the Buddha statues in the temple.

Tianwang Temple now covers an area of ​​more than 30 acres in Binzhou, Shandong Province. It faces south and has three main halls in the front, middle and back, and wing rooms on both sides.
