Wanli On November 19, the Buddhist building of Haichao Temple caught fire, and soon the fire spread rapidly to the main hall. At that time, a monk who had been ill for a long time was lying under the statue of Weituo Bodhisattva . This Buddha statue was erected by Zen Master Dazhi at that time. It was about several feet high. Suddenly, he spoke to the sick monk and shouted, "The fire is coming, why don't you leave quickly!" The sick monk jumped up unknowingly and replied to the Heavenly Lord, "I will carry the master out on my back." Weituo leaned against him and ran out like a flying one. The sick monk didn't feel serious at first, and he moved the Buddha statue outside the mountain gate in a while and would not be burned by fire. The next day, no matter how hard the seven or eight people tried together, they could not lift the Buddha statue. The sick monk was bedridden by illness for many years. Now his body has recovered, and his muscles and bones seem to be stronger than before.

According to ancient deities, Wei Tuo Tianzun practiced hard as a young monk who had received the ten precepts at the age of twelve, but did not share the desires of heaven. Finally, he achieved the right result and showed his image as a general. And becoming the so-called Southern Heavenly King General Wei, who has promoted and protected Buddhism in the world, is the so-called Southern Heavenly King. His supernatural powers are unimaginable.

When Zen Master Dazhi was alive, whenever he encountered the vegetarian food in the warehouse, he would put a handful of sorghum rice in his palm, and held a bowl of clear water in his other hand and stood in front of the Buddha statue of Weituo Tianzun petition, saying, "The people from all directions are practicing in the temple. I will not give vegetarian food now. May the Bodhisattva give it to you." After reciting the mantra, he threw a few sorghum rice into his mouth, and swallowed it with clear water. In this way, a day and night without eating, and within three days, a ship carrying vegetarian food arrived. Alas, if it weren't for the Zen master's profound Taoism, how could there be such an unusual celestial human induction ? The case of Weituo showing the sage and sick monk is particularly strange. This is probably the case of Vajra showing the sage and false influence on Northern Qi Chou Gong, which is exactly the same in ancient and modern times.

Weituo Bodhisattva

[Original text] On November 19, the 19th day of the winter of the Renzi in Wanli, a Buddhist building was set off in Haichao Temple, and the palace was filled with a moment. At that time, a sick monk lie down under the statue of Wei Tuozun. This statue was decorated with Zen Master Dazhi, which was several feet tall. Suddenly, he scolded the sick monk and said, "The fire is coming, can't you leave quickly!" The sick monk jumped up without realizing it and replied, "I'll go out." Wei Tuo leaned on him, and left like flying. The sick monk didn't realize it was serious at first, so he moved outside the mountain gate, and he didn't get angry. Tomorrow, seven or eight people will be reborn, and they will not be able to be promoted. The sick monk was suffering from a tragic and restless, and his muscles and bones were stronger than usual.

According to ancient geniuses, Wei Tuo honored the heaven with the twelve childish Brahmacharyas, did not communicate with the heavenly desires, achieved the right result, appeared as a general, and promoted the Dharma to the world. The so-called Southern Heavenly King General Wei is like this. Is it suitable for his supernatural powers to be inconceivable?

Zen Master Dazhi lived in his day and whenever he encountered a shortage of grain in the warehouse, he would hold a handful of sorghum rice in his palm. He held a bowl of water purification to invite the statue of the Heavenly Lord, saying, "The people from all directions are practicing in the temple. Now they will not give food to the vegetarian food. I hope the Bodhisattva will give it to you." After the mantra, he threw several grains of sour rice into his mouth, and took water and swallowed it in sequence. In this way, if you don’t taste food and drink for a day or night, you will be served by a boat within three days. Alas, if it is not the Zen master's high Taoism, how can humans and heavenly beings respond to this difference? It is particularly strange that the monk who shows his psychic illness is in line with the false power of Vajra in the Northern Qi Dynasty.

Weituo Bodhisattva

[Lan Yusen] Yun: Chou Gong: also known as Zen Master Chou or Monk Chou , whose common surname is Sun, originally a native of Changli, later lived in Julu , and was born in Northern Wei in the fourth year of Taihe (480). He was a PhD in the Imperial Academy and became a monk at the age of 28. Legend has it that when the emperor wanted to see how effective the Dharma was, he threw the cassock on the ground and asked the emperor to send dozens of people to carry it, but it didn't move at all. However, he asked the monk to pick it up, but it was easy. This is the so-called "Vajra Fake Power". It is these illusion-like methods that Seng Chou made Emperor Wenxuan of Qi feel respect and trust.

Weituo Bodhisattva is one of the eight generals under the Southern Growth Heavenly King , and is also the leader of the thirty-two generals of the Four Heavenly Kings . He is the most famous guardian god in the monastic community, temples and vegetarian offerings. His duty is to protect the Dharma and maintain the monks.He will protect the 999 Buddhas of the Thousand Buddhas of the Virtue Kalpas and serve as Dharma protectors for them. He is the last Buddha in Kalpas and is named Buddha!

He looks like a boy, indicating that he has a innocent heart for Buddhism; holding a Vajra Demon-subduing Pestle in his hand indicates that he has the ability to destroy evil and assist righteousness, eliminate evil and defend the way. The statue of Wei Tuo has three forms, representing different meanings: First, Wei Tuo puts his hands together, and Demon Subduing Pestle is horizontal in front of his chest. This also means that the combination of foreign monks is welcome to stay in this temple forever. This is one of the temple symbols of Ten Directions Jungle ; Second, the demon subduing pestle in his hand stands on the ground, and the demon subduing pestle touches the ground, which implies that the temple’s funds and materials are as rich as the earth, and can withstand the foreign monks’ orders in this temple forever, and it is also a ten direction jungle; Third, Wei Tuo’s demon subduing pestle may be carried on his shoulders, indicating that this temple is a temple for descendants and does not welcome foreign monks to stay in this temple forever.

There is a legend here, but it’s okay to listen to it. According to legend, a long time ago, they were not in the same temple, but were in charge of different temples.

Maitreya Buddha is enthusiastic and joyful, so many people come, but he doesn't care about anything, and doesn't manage the accounts well, so he still doesn't make ends meet. Although Wei Tuo is a good at managing the accounts, he has a cloudy face all day long and is too serious, making fewer and fewer people, and in the end the incense is cut off.

When the Buddha was checking the incense, he found this problem and put them in the same temple. Maitreya Buddha was responsible for public relations and welcomed guests from all directions. Therefore, the incense was prosperous. Wei Tuo was selfless and had to compete with him, so he was responsible for finance and strictly control the situation. In the division of labor and cooperation between the two, the temple is thriving.

So everyone knows that as soon as you enter the temple, Maitreya Buddha first reveals his breasts and welcomes the guests with a smile. On the back of him was the majestic Bodhisattva Weituo. It seems that the Buddha is still a management master who is good at hiring people!

The third day of the sixth lunar month is the Christmas Day of Bodhisattva Weituo.

There is also a folk legend: "It's just for Wei Tuo". This flash of time is not only when you watch flash of pelvis , but also a sad and touching love story. I won't go into details here!
