When I first arrived at the hotel, the first person I saw was a very young master who came to purchase. He was only in his 20s. I'm very familiar with the landlady, she has a calm expression and is taciturn.

From the temples I have visited, the one who feels most like an eminent monk is the master from a very remote temple in Fujian. There is no access road there, so you can only walk up the mountain, and there are very few tourists. There is no lingering incense, but more Buddhist tranquility.

The sense of worldliness in the master can be seen more or less elsewhere.

Back to the present, there is a bustling crowd in front of Puji Temple Bodhisattva. People are crowding around to light incense, burn incense, and throw coins into the incense burner with their feet high. They were jostling each other, fearing that they would not be able to squeeze in and receive the universal benefits of Buddhism.

I looked up at the sky. The white clouds before the typhoon passed quickly over the glittering rooftops, and I found that the rainbow-like corona was right above my head. But the crowd in the main hall was crowded and busy.

I suddenly felt the greatness of nature and the insignificance of human beings. Look up at the world and let go of your worries. A big part of cultivating and worshiping Buddha is cultivating yourself.
