works collection scope limited to Guangdong and Guizhou cooperation content in eastern and western Guangdong carried out in Guangdong and Guizhou. work is the East-West collaboration content carried out by Guangdong and Guizhou since the new round of east-West cooperation in 2021.The works are submitted in a single picture or group picture form. The group is calculated according to a work. Each group does not exceed 6 pictures. The electronic data is in jpg format file, the length is not less than 3,000 pixels, and the file size is not less than 5M.
entries should be expressed in documentary ways. Works that provide creative computer pictures and changing original images are not allowed (photos can only be adjusted moderately in brightness, contrast, and color saturation, and cannot be synthesised, added, and significantly changed colors). They shall not contain additional marks, borders, text, watermarks, logos, etc.
All entries must be accompanied by text descriptions, including the title, content, shooting time, location, author's name, unit, and contact number.

4. Award settings
This photography competition is set:
1 special prize (5,000 yuan in bonus)
3 first prizes (3,000 yuan in bonus per person)
6 second prizes (2,000 yuan in bonus per person)
10 third prizes (1,000 yuan in bonus per person)
10 shortlisted prizes (200 yuan in bonus per person)

Other matters
Guangdong-Guizhou Cooperation Team, together with the Guangdong Rural Photography Association, organized relevant experts from Guangdong and Guizhou provinces to review the works collected and contributed, and announced the list of winners.
organizer has the right to use all shortlisted award-winning works for non-commercial purposes such as publishing, exhibitions, publishing albums for public welfare publicity purposes, and no additional remuneration will be paid, and the author has the right to sign the works.
entries must be created by the author himself, and plagiarism or plagiarism is strictly prohibited. The author shall bear the legal responsibilities for copyright, portrait rights and reputation rights of the work. At the same time, the author should ensure the authenticity of the entries. If there is any fraud, the qualification to participate in the exhibition or win the award will be cancelled.
