Last year, Ms. Luo from Shanghai was invited by a friend to participate in the "March 8 Queen's Day" event organized by a company and won the grand prize, which was a Lincoln sedan.

But what Ms. Luo didn't expect was that after the event, the organizer notified Ms. Luo that the prizes were originally given to employees and only a car model was given to Ms. Luo as a "reward." Ms. Luo was very angry about this. After negotiating with the event organizer to no avail, she filed a lawsuit in the court.

Recently, the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court made a final judgment that the organizer of the event must deliver a Lincoln car to Ms. Luo in accordance with the contract.
