Taking pictures is a process of transforming ideas, transforming the scenes we see into expressions suitable for the lens. In this way, a seemingly ordinary scene will become beautiful. When you feel that you have no idea, you can try the following method. If you change your idea, the picture effect will be different.
Method 1: Design a suitable subject
What do we want to take in a photo? This is the first factor we must consider. The first step is to confirm the subject. Is this subject worth photographing? How to photograph it? We need to "design". This type of "design" includes snapshots. Capture is not about taking pictures wherever you go, but when you see a scene, you have a picture in your mind, and you wait for a suitable subject to appear. This way, you have a higher chance of success.

Sometimes you can also arrange a subject to make the picture more perfect. Whether you wait or arrange it yourself, this process is "design".
Method 2: Crop and crop again!
What if your photo has no features? It must be that the picture has no focus, or the focus is not highlighted enough. Most of the time, we need to subtract, crop and then crop photos.

The scene we see is a large scene with many elements. When shooting, you only need to select a few key points.
Picture taken with telephoto lens
Why is it easier to produce pictures using telephoto lens, but more difficult to use wide angle lens? Because the composition range of telephoto is small, it is like a pair of scissors, allowing you to cut out the most exciting parts of the big scene. The subject will be highlighted, the picture will be concise, and the photo will look good. Cropping is the most commonly used method in photography. Not only can the composition be cropped in the early stage of shooting, but it can also be cropped in the later stage.

Method 3: Change the shooting time
Many photo effects cannot be produced. A very important reason is that the shooting time is wrong. We choose a suitable time, suitable light and shadow. The composition of the picture is not only the various elements in the shooting scene, but also changes in light, shadow, color, etc. The right time, just the right light and shadow, requires enough energy and patience.

At night, taking pictures in this place is full of a sense of technology
Method 4: Use post-production to realize your ideas
If you really like photography, you must learn post-production, which is very important. The post-production work is no less than the pre-production. Many seemingly useless photos can be saved or even turned into good photos later. Some people feel this is fake. It depends on how you master it. When used well in the later stage, it can bring you new composition thinking and photography concepts, allowing you to open another door to photography. If you abuse post processing, it can turn your otherwise good photos into crappy ones.

In the later stage of study, we mainly learn our aesthetic qualities and consider the picture from all aspects such as composition, light and shadow, and color. Many times we are unable to realize our ideas through early shooting, but it is easy to achieve the picture we want in the later stage. It seems that we all know the above methods, but if you connect these ideas in the early stage of shooting, your shooting will not feel like you are without ideas. If one method doesn't work, try another. It’s easy to take a good-looking picture, but it’s not easy to give a photo an idea. This requires experience and experience. When your vision is high and your skills are in place, you will be closer to a work.
