Good morning, I am Ye Zi. Today is the 2069th day of photography morning self-study to accompany you.
It’s really been a long time since I last saw you. I haven’t recorded for ten days and have already studied by myself. I think everyone has guessed the reason. Isn’t it because I was infected with the new coronavirus.

I had a fever for a day, and actually recovered quite quickly, but then my family members became infected. First, my wife was infected the next day, then my mother was infected a week later, and the next day Mai Mai had a fever, and so on.
I finally drove back to Hunan from Beijing yesterday. Because my grandfather, grandma, grandpa, and grandma are still in Hunan, we felt more at ease when we came back and had someone to take care of us. My wife and I have completely turned negative. Please rest assured. All students must also pay more attention to their health.

Today is the first day of morning self-study, so I will simply tell you some of my experiences during the new coronavirus infection, which may be able to provide a little help.
First of all, it is best for everyone to prepare some antipyretics, both for adults and children, especially for children, because if the children are particularly young, high temperatures can easily cause convulsions. Antipyretics are actually quite effective, but they should not be taken casually. Follow the doctor's advice or read the instructions before taking them. As long as antipyretics are available, I don’t think you need to be so nervous about other medicines. If they are available, it’s better. If they are not available, you don’t need to be nervous. My own experience is that drinking water is very effective, but if you don’t drink boiled water, you can put some lemon, some honey, some salt in it, which is electrolyte water. It will be comfortable for your throat when you drink it, and you will recover very quickly. So if you are still having a cold, you can quickly prepare some of this stuff and keep it at hand, because when the fever really starts, it will be very difficult and tiring for you to walk. If you have it on hand and it is easy to brew, it will be a lot more convenient.

In addition, you should pay more attention to your body's various indicators. You should monitor your body temperature frequently, because sometimes it can spike very quickly. If you find it early, you should take medicine early. blood oxygen and are also key indicators. You can monitor your blood oxygen level through a watch, bracelet, or buy the oximeter (very cheap, tens of dollars, sold in many pharmacies). Generally, 97, 98, and 99 are more common. If it is 95 or lower, you must go to the hospital, because the function of your lungs may be affected.
In addition, we are indeed relatively lucky, that is, the problem of sore throats does not seem to be that serious, and it is not that scary. However, since we are not medical students, our experiences can only give you a reference. You should still follow the doctor's advice and see what the experts say. In short, I just want to encourage everyone. You can get through it if you get through it. This problem will not be particularly big. Make the preparations you need to do, be careful about the things you need to be careful about, and be sure to seek medical treatment in time when necessary. The problem is not big, and we will usher in a beautiful spring soon.

During the first few days when I stopped broadcasting and taking photos for early self-study, I also received suggestions from some classmates, saying that they hoped that Teacher Ye would take a selfie to see what the process of his infection with the epidemic was like, and it should be a souvenir. I'm really happy that my classmates have this idea, because photographers should have this ambition, but I just don't have the energy. When my fever reached 39 degrees on the first day, I couldn’t even lift my phone, so I really didn’t take many photos. Later, when I got better, I took some commemorative photos of my wife and children. They were not many and could not be used as a group photo, but taken out alone, it was really a memory and something worth taking.
So if students can still take pictures, and can afford cameras and mobile phones, they should also record their lives. Every day will not be repeated, whether it is good or bad, whether it is a happy or uncomfortable day, it is actually worth remembering. And by this time, students, you should be able to particularly understand what I said before. I said: If you want to express the resilience of human nature and the bright side of a person, you must record the difficulties he encounters. This is also like what I said in a short video before. I said at that time: It is precisely because of darkness that people will pursue light.
