xiang Sanjiu, male, born in April 1956, from Huangpi, Hubei, member of the Communist Party of China, and researcher. From March 1978 to December 1981, he studied in the Department of Geography of Central China Normal University, obtained a bachelor's degree in science, and stayed at school to work. In June 1986, he received a bachelor's degree in law. From December 1998 to December 1999, he studied in the Department of Tourism of the University of Turkish Straits for one year. From April 2017 to February 2022, he served as vice president of Wuhan University of Bioengineering. He has successively edited textbooks such as "Introduction to Tourism Regulations" ( Higher Education Press , July 2001), "Tourism Management Regulations Tutorial" ( Jinan University Press , January 2004), "Overview of Tourism Destination Country (Region)" (Higher Education Press, February 2006), "Tour Guide Practice Code" (Tourism Education Press, October 2009), and participated in the editing of many books. He loves field inspections and photography, and has published various popular articles and photos in publications such as National Geographic.
