An old photo, an old story; a set of old photos, a history of development. Old photos, it freezes time and preserves history. Through it, we can touch the texture of time and trace the context of the past. Behind the light and shadow, perhaps it is a person or something that affects your life; perhaps it is that door or window that opens your thoughts; or perhaps it is the bricks, tiles, grass and trees of your hometown that make you miss home. In order to explore and inherit historical culture, tell the story of Haimen well, fully demonstrate the achievements of Haimen's economic and social development in the new era, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, welcoming the theme collection of old photos and time stories of "Looking for Reminiscing Haimen • Picking up the Seals and Light and Shadows".

Collection time, scope and requirements
(I) Phase 1: Collection of old photos (from now until October 25)
1. Collection scope
(1) Old photos reflecting important events, important activities, and major engineering construction of Haimen's economic and social development.
(2) Reflects the excellent historical and cultural, local customs, cultural style, people's lives, folk customs and people's clothing, food, housing, transportation, life and leisure life photos of Haimen in different periods.
(3) Reflect various photos reflecting urban and rural construction in various periods such as landmark buildings, scenic spots, landscaping, transportation, public services, municipal facilities, etc.
(4) Old photos reflecting the historical landscape and changes of the times in various periods of Haimen.
(5) reflects various photos of old streets, old communities, old schools, old factories, old houses, and time-honored brands in various periods in Haimen.
(6) Other old photos that can reflect the characteristics of the times, have monumental significance or collection value.
(7) The time span of old photos is generally more than 20 years.
2. Works require
(1) Works only collect electronic files . Paper photos and films are submitted after scanning, in jpeg format, with no less than 3MB of file.
(2) The photos are color and black and white, and both single and group photos are available, and no more than 6 group photos are available. Photos must remain the original appearance and no image content may be added or deleted.
(3) The number of submissions for works is not limited. Each work must indicate the title, brief text description, shooting time and place, author's name or collector's name and contact information.
(4) The organizer has the right to use the photos participating in the collection of activities for public welfare publicity, and no additional remuneration will be paid, and only the name of the photographer or collector will be indicated.Any person who seeks to accept this provision is deemed to have agreed to and comply with this provision.
(5) If any infringement of other people's copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, etc. and all legal responsibilities arising from it, the photo provider shall bear the responsibility.
3. Submission method

4. Reward method
After the collection activity ends, all kinds of photos collected will be reviewed and the selected photo candidates will be rewarded. This event will collect 100 old photos, and the selected photos will pay several royalties for each (group photo is 1) of the author and obtain one certificate of admission. Selected works have the right to be signed.
(II) Phase 2: Collection of time stories (from now until November 10)
1. Focusing on old photos, explore the story behind it, relive the impression of Lao Haimen, perceive the high-quality development of Xin Haimen , and reflect development, change, happiness and beautiful life in the record of time. It is required to be documentary, literary writing, accurately and vividly present the economic development, natural beauty and humanistic charm of Haimen.
2. Writing requirements: small incision, deep exploration, flexible writing style, unlimited genre, within 2,000 words per article, and no more than 100 lines of poetry.
3. The collection time is until November 10th. After the event, the submissions that meet the requirements will be reviewed, and relevant experts will be invited to award first, second and third prizes and excellent prizes, and a award ceremony will be held to commend and reward.
4. Special articles are recommended for publication of " Haimen Daily ", wireless Haimen and other media.

Promotion and promotion of
1. "Tianxia Haimen Ren" WeChat public account promotion;
