In order to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, build a solid loyal police spirit of Qinghai Public Security, and fully reflect the new contributions and new responsibilities of Qinghai Public Security in preventing risks, ensuring safety, and protecting stability in the past decade. In accordance with the relevant deployment and requirements of the "Work Plan for the National Public Security Organs' Theme Practical Activities of "Welcome the Twenty National Congress and Be Loyal and Be sure to ensure safety" Qinghai Public Security Federation and Qinghai Photographer Association jointly launched the "Welcome the Twenty National Congress and Be loyal and Be loyal and Be sure to ensure safety" Qinghai Public Security Organ Photography Competition. Since the event started, it has received widespread attention from public security organs at all levels and photography enthusiasts across the province. As of the end of June, a total of 1,443 photographs were collected; of which 54 groups of photos were grouped with 452 photos; and 608 photos were single. On July 14, the competition judges conducted six rounds of preliminary and final evaluations, and 1 first prize for the two types of photography works in the Public Security Documentary and Humanities and Natural Sciences, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 108 excellent prizes were selected.
The 14 civilian and auxiliary police officers in the public security organs of Goluo Prefecture are on the list.
