Every morning, because I have to practice Tai Chi , I focus on cultivating the harmony between nature and man.

Today is half an hour earlier than usual. After practicing Chen Style Tai Chi, Laojia 1st Form 83 and Laojia 2nd Way 71, I came to the Jingxiang River before I knew it. Lotus flowers were floating in the gentle river breeze. Man dance. The white ones are like jade, the red ones are like clouds, the green leaves are green, and they are smiling to accept the morning light. When I was taking pictures of lotus flowers, I took out my phone and adjusted the focus. A beautiful woman running suddenly turned back. Maybe she also discovered the extraordinary nature of this lotus flower. My actions resonated with her. I think beauty exists objectively. To discover beauty requires different eyes, but to truly retain beauty requires your actions. Otherwise, no matter how beautiful the scenery is, it will pass by in a flash. Just like this lotus flower in this running beauty. This beauty is the lucky one today, because my shooting has strengthened her pursuit of beauty. But I am also a lucky one, because her return has strengthened my recognition of the beauty of this lotus. I photographed this lotus flower from several angles. The two hearts that love beauty had a brief exchange while looking at each other, and the smile that raised the corners of their mouths became all the words.

There is a beach at Curved Arch Bridge. Every summer, I go down there to take pictures of lotus flowers. Sliding down the steep slope, a young man reminded me to pay attention to my safety. I smiled and said, thank you for your concern. On the curved arch bridge, the men and women running the marathon were posing for photos. They probably wanted to keep a souvenir. I heard from them that some are from Mashan Town , some are from Jiangling, and some are from Cenhe . Today is Sunday, and it seems that marathon enthusiasts are gathering here today. After I finished taking pictures of the lotus flowers, I turned back to look at the bridge and secretly took a picture of their backs. People were standing in the river, and I really wanted to take a photo of them with lotus leaves and lotus flowers in the background to give to them, but I adjusted the angle several times and couldn't get the lotus flowers and the beautiful figures to be in the same frame. Make a note of this blank space. When the wind blows, the fragrance of lotus fills the heart and spleen. This is another time of harmony between man and nature.
