Zhang Hongzhu joined the army in February 1978. He is from Shandong Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a senior political engineer. After joining the army, he served as the commander of the Railway Corps Do communication work at the Ministry of Communication Station, and achieve third-class merit once. After transferring to the army, he was transferred to the Railway Construction Public Security Bureau, and then worked in party affairs, news publicity and photography in the 22nd Bureau of China Railway. He was rated as the top 100 correspondent by the China Railway Construction News for ten consecutive years, and was twice selected by the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. Rated as an advanced individual in corporate culture construction and external publicity work, he retired in October 2020.
