A Mogan Mountain , half of the history of the Republic of China. A large-scale collection event for "Old Photos of Mogan Mountain" kicked off today in Deqing, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Moganshan will collect photos, maps, books, letters, paintings and other materials from all over the world that record and reflect the history of Moganshan in various periods. Relying on old photos as a carrier, we present the ups and downs of Moganshan’s history, retain and treasure historical memories, highlight the spirit of Moganshan, and serve the Moganshan community.
This event is hosted by Deqing County Library , naked Group and other units, and is co-sponsored by platforms such as Shen Hong Studio of Zhejiang University, Chengtaoshuo Moganshan, and Mobile Moganshan. The excellent old photos of Moganshan selected during the event will be selected into the album "Old Photos of Moganshan". In addition, the organizer will also explore and report the stories behind these photos. At the
site, a video recorded by Bi Lehua (Gail), the granddaughter of Bi Liwen, an early summer escaper in Moganshan, attracted everyone's attention. At the meeting, Bi Lehua was commissioned to donate old photos of his family in Moganshan to Deqing County Library, naked Group, and Moganshan Management Bureau. Subsequently, Zhejiang UniversityProfessor Shen Hong also donated a set of old photos of Moganshan in his collection to various parties. The Deqing County Library also donated and exchanged precious old photos of the castle’s predecessor with Naked Group.
According to the organizer of the event, both originals and copies are collected in the Deqing County Library for reading, research, exhibition and other public welfare undertakings. All collected historical materials on Moganshan will be issued with a collection certificate. Therefore, this solicitation is particularly welcome to people living around the world who are related to Moganshan.
Mogan Mountain is located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, overlooking Nanjing to the north, Shanghai to the east, and Hangzhou to the south. It is a famous historical and cultural mountain. Together with Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi, Jigong Mountain in Henan, and Beidaihe in Hebei, it is also known as China's four major villa summer resorts.
In particular, Moganshan has more than 200 villas of different styles, representing the architectural styles of more than ten countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and Russia. Shanghai-style culture has been injected into Moganshan, and it has also created a "world "Architectural Museum".
