In the "National Immunization Program Vaccine Children's Immunization Procedures and Instructions (2021 Edition)", it clarifies precautions for vaccination of children with common special health status such as premature babies, low birth weight babies, allergies, and children born to mothers infected with HIV.
Premature infants and low-weight infants
Premature infants (gestational age less than 37 weeks) and/or low-birth-weight infants (birth weight less than 2500g) . If the medical evaluation is stable and in a continuous recovery state, (severe infections, metabolic diseases, acute kidney disease, liver disease, cardiovascular disease, nerve and respiratory diseases that require continuous treatment), vaccination will be given according to the actual age of after birth.
Allergic
The so-called "allergic constitution" is not a taboo for vaccination . If you have severe allergic to known vaccine components or have previous laryngeal edema, allergic shock and other systemic severe allergic reactions due to vaccination, it is contraindicated to continue vaccination with the same vaccine.
His immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected children
His HIV infection status for children born to mothers
His HIV infection status is divided into three types:
His HIV infection status is unknown for children
HIVUninfected children
His medical institution issues a diagnosis of whether the child is HIV-infected, whether he has symptoms, or whether he has immunosuppressed. HIV-infected mothers with born to less than 18 months of age infants with do not need to undergo HIV antibody screening before vaccination, and children with unknown HIV infection status are vaccinated.
HD-infected children born to mothers with HIV infection will be temporarily postponed to BCG vaccine after birth. After confirming that the child is not infected with HIV, they will be re-inoculated; when the child is confirmed to have HIV infection, they will not be vaccinated with BCG vaccine.
If a child born to a mother who is infected with HIV has symptoms related to AIDS or immunosuppressive symptoms diagnosed by a medical institution, will not be vaccinated with the containing measles component vaccine; if there are no AIDS-related symptoms, can be vaccinated with the containing measles component vaccine.
Children born to mothers infected with HIV can be vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine, diphtheria and tetanus vaccine, group A meningitis polysaccharide vaccine, group A C meningitis polysaccharide vaccine and tetanus vaccine, etc. according to the immunization procedures.
Hidden children born to mothers infected with HIV unless it is clearly not infected with HIV, live attenuated vaccine for B encephalitis, live attenuated vaccine for hepatitis A, and live polio attenuated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B polio inactivated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B polio inactivated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B polio inactivated vaccine for B encephalitis, inactivated vaccine for B polio inactivated vaccine for B marrow, inactivated vaccine for B polio inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow inactivated vaccine for B marrow in
Children born to mothers who are not HIV-infected, do not require routine HIV screening before vaccination. If there is other risk of exposure and is diagnosed with HIV infection, follow-up vaccination shall be followed in accordance with the vaccination recommendations for HIV-infected children in the table below.
Immune function abnormal
Except for HIV-infected patients, those with immunodeficiency or who are receiving systemic immunosuppressive treatment can receive the inactivated vaccine . In principle, will not be vaccinated with the live attenuated vaccine (except for patients with complement defects).
