Human life is a process of spiritual practice. If you get good results, it must be because you did something right. If you get bad results, it must be because you did something wrong. Everything is caused by one's own actions.
The purpose may not be to get things done, but to achieve the true growth of one's own mind, which is the so-called rebirth, the soul returns to its original clarity, untainted, and finally obtains the fundamental path of life.
When living in the world, you must not commit the following three taboos. Only in this way will you become more and more blessed in the future.

1. When you are young, don’t think about making progress. When we are young, it is a critical period when we are thirsty for knowledge and absorb a lot of "nutrition". Mr. Zeng Guofan once said: "All the mediocre people in the world, ancient and modern, are defeated by one word of laziness." The reason why a person ends up doing nothing is not because of anything else. To a large extent, it comes down to one word: "lazy".
As long as you work hard and persevere, no matter what industry you are engaged in, you will eventually achieve something. Not only can everyone become rich, but at least you can have enough food and clothing, and have a certain amount of savings to prepare for emergencies. This is absolutely guaranteed. The critical period for a person's growth is when he is young. Never "if you are young and don't work hard, you will be sad when you are old".

2. In middle age, avoid excessive desires. In middle age, our lives are basically in a stable state. Whether it is family, career, children, etc., everything is going on in an orderly manner. But be careful not to be proud and indulge yourself. People often strive to have something when they don’t have it, but once they have something and are rich, they start to have “evil thoughts.”
Pride, indulgence, excessive satisfaction of various small desires, and even disregard of ethics, destruction of principles, and breakthrough of bottom lines are the fundamental causes of one's own downfall.
Therefore, when dealing with desire, you must know how to stop it in moderation. It cannot be infinitely magnified. Whether it is wealth, fame, status, or even women, diet, etc., more is not better, but proper control and reasonable proportion can maintain stability and harmonious development.

3. When you are old, avoid worrying too much. When a person reaches old age, it should be a time to enjoy family happiness and be carefree. However, some people worry too much, constantly recalling various past events, and develop all kinds of bad emotions.
Or regret, regret, or sadness and despair, or you may feel that you are old and frail, have little hope for the rest of your life, and be depressed all day long, or you may have excessive worries and fears about current or future illness or even death. These various bad thoughts and emotions have seriously affected your old life, and are a "disaster" for yourself and your family.
