The world of adults is not as peaceful as time. If you don’t force yourself today, life will definitely force you tomorrow.
1. People are forced out of it. If you don’t force yourself, you will never know how outstanding you are. Even if you encounter difficulties, you will never escape.
When you are in trouble and struggle, if you have a sense of urgency that "must succeed no matter what", you will find the phenomenon you usually ignore and find clues to solve the problem.

But because I couldn't find a job before graduation, I finally got a pottery work belonging to the field of inorganic chemistry , so I could only temporarily change the topic of the graduation thesis to inorganic chemistry and completed the thesis after grinding the gun.
But I am not interested in inorganic chemistry. With continuous hard work and research, I finally successfully synthesized new ceramic material .
Later I learned that before me, the research institute of General Electric institution in the United States had developed the same material, and one year after their successful research and development, I used a completely different method to synthesize the material.
Therefore, this material became the main product of Songfeng Industry at that time, and it was also the main product of the early days of the establishment of Kyocera .
In theory, people like me graduated from local universities and did not have relevant professional knowledge, so it is impossible for me to successfully synthesize this new material.
And the reason why I was successful was because I took the method of pushing myself into a desperate situation - I had to hold the strong idea of "making research results anyway" in my heart, and devoted myself to the research, so that I could push myself to a limit of almost "crazy".
In this process, a feeling of enlightenment suddenly wandered around like lightning. I got the moment of "the flash of inspiration" and was inspired, which made the R&D successful.
There is a saying in "Kyocera Philosophy Manual" - As long as you work hard and push yourself to your limit, you will eventually get "inspiration from the gods".
Of course, the inspiration comes from everyone's own efforts, but I think it can be considered that the gods were feeling compassion when they saw us groping hard, so they gave us inspiration.

So, I ran all my strength from the beginning, that is, running a marathon with a speed of sprinting for a hundred meters. I worked day and night, desperately and passionately.

Therefore, in the journey of life, please do not choose a relaxed and comfortable road. You must burst out with enthusiasm, make no less than anyone else's efforts, and spend every day seriously.
33. The only thing that can change the status quo is myself

Since complaining about the world is useless, it is better to make a 180-degree change in your mood, just put your energy into your work and immerse yourself in research.
