What is the life you want?
Let’s talk about mine first,
- I like to meet up with a few close friends on weekends and go wandering where there are flowers, grass, or mountains and water.
When it comes to the flower season, you can pick up your phone and take pictures.
- When I get home from get off work, I have a prepared meal and can chat with my family about what happened today and what I am happy about.
- In your spare time, read your favorite books and write some reading notes.
- The most important thing is to take time to make a cup of coffee.
Confucius also talked to the students about their political ambitions. The three of them are all very ambitious people and they all want to govern a country and manage it well.
Except Zeng Xi, his ambition is different from others. The scene he describes is free and elegant.
A plain life may be valuable. You don’t need to show off too much to live the way you want.

Confucius said:
"My day is long (zhǎng), I don't think so.
Juze said: 'I don't know it.' If you know it, how can you do it?"
"No, how are you doing?"
said:
"Mo (mù) spring, the spring clothes are ready,
there are five or six people, six or seven boys, bathing in Yi (yí),
the wind is dancing in the yú (yú), chanting and returning. "

Zilu, Zeng Xi, Ran You, and Gong Xihua sat beside Confucius.
Confucius said: "Because I am a little older than you, don't be afraid to speak just because I am older.
You usually say that I know you all have your own opinions, but you also always say that no one understands you. If I understand you, tell me what you are capable of, and what are you going to do?”
“Zeng Xi, what will happen to you?”
Zeng Xi replied: “It’s late spring, and spring clothes have already been worn. , (I, together with) five or six adults and six or seven teenagers, after taking a bath in Yishui , we came back singing songs while enjoying the breeze.
Confucius sighed and said, "I agree with Zeng Xi's advice." What an idea."
Confucius was not satisfied with the remarks of the three disciples.
thinks that it is either not modest enough or not polite enough. Instead, he deeply agrees with the harmonious scene expressed by Zeng Zi, which is exactly the same as the ideal of the Master.
But a saint is concerned about the world and busy, so it can only be an ideal.
