4、文化行政主管部門簽發的營業性文藝演出批件（只適用於來華進行營業性演出的申請人）和《外國人在中國短期工作證明》，且申請人須在《外國人在中國短期工作證明》上註明的起始日期前申請簽證，演出時間不能超過《外國人在中國短期工作證明》所注期限；
- 中國海洋石油總公司簽發的《外國人在中華人民共和國從事海上石油作業邀請信》；

- Invitation Letter for Foreigners to Engage in Offshore Oil Operations in the People's Republic of China issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation;
