In addition, the people familiar with the matter said that the two sides have not reached an agreement and the amount of funds may change as the negotiations progress, which has been negotiated several times in recent weeks. Microsoft's cooperation with OpenAI began in 2019, when Microsoft announced its major partnership with OpenAI, including a $1 billion investment in exchange for an exclusive license to OpenAI technology, both parties will build a computing platform in Azure that can train and run increasingly advanced AI models.
