On September 30, Yantian International and COSCO Shipping and customers overcame technical problems in vehicle packaging and successfully completed the shipment of 96 domestic new energy vehicles, exported from Yantian Port to Europe. This is the first time that Yantian Port District has carried out container loading of new energy vehicles at the port.
According to statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in the first eight months, the total export of new energy vehicles was 340,000, an increase of 97.4% year-on-year. The export of new energy vehicles from Yantian Port is a small step for Yantian International to take to export new energy vehicles and a big step to help China make new energy overseas. Yantian International makes every effort to ensure operational safety, actively explore new energy vehicle delivery models, and promote project implementation.
Following this, Yantian International will continue to "make traffic and smooth" customers' cargo with efficient and convenient services, give full play to the advantages of terminal multimodal transport and route network, further improve the transportation capacity of terminal vehicle exports, and make every effort to ensure the mass export of new energy vehicles, so as to protect the international trend of my country's new energy industry.
